Premium Oilfield Technologies has developed an innovative Consignment Box service dedicated to reducing downtime. With this service we create a unique box stocking plan for each customer and rig, at our cost. The parts are available to the rig 24/7/365. The customer does not pay for any of the parts until they are used. A sample plan might include pistons, valves, seats, piston rods, major/minor mud valve repair kits, washpipe packing, and more, in volumes appropriate for that rig.
Dedicated service technicians from our regional offices visit the rigs several times per month, restocking consignment boxes and invoicing only for what the customer has used. We accept complete accountability for rig inventory management. Our proactive, just-in-time Inventory Planning System ensures that customers will not experience downtime waiting for rig parts.
